How to set up and use the TIQ Time Mobile application?

For iOS
- Open the App Store application
- Search for 'TIQ Time'
- Tap on 'Get' to install the application
For Android
- Open the Play Store application
- Search for 'TIQ Time'
- Tap on 'Install' to install the application
Logging in
1. Tap the TIQ Time icon to open the application.
2. Fill out your email address.
3. If your company uses SSO you will be redirected to the company SSO page. If not, you will move to the next step.
Please note: Your firm's policy may require approval for using external apps. In case you see a message "administrator approval is required for login in" you might need to contact your IT administrator to get approval for TIQ Time mobile apps.
4. You are redirected to the login page - fill out your email address and TIQ password.
How to use the mobile app
Suggested entries
- See your suggested entries: When opening the app, you will see the list of suggested entries per day under the corresponding icon
- Confirm an entry: Swipe the suggested entry to the right to confirm the entry. The entry will flow to your list of confirmed entries.
- Remove an entry: Swipe the suggested entry to the left to remove the suggestion. This entry will be deleted from TIQ Time and will not be visible in your confirmed entries or on your final timesheet.
Entry details
- Check the details of an entry: Tap the suggested entry to edit the details before confirming the entry. In the screen that opens you can edit the duration, matter, activity, and description (narrative) of the entry.
Add a manual entry
- Add a manual entry: tap the large Add (➕) button on the bottom of the screen and fill out the details on the 'create entry' screen.
- See your confirmed entries: by clicking the checkmark icon (☑️) in the navigation bar.
