The activities captured by the Desktop tool such as the website tracing, can be divided in different 'sessions' by setting a 'time out' value for it.
With this feature off, the desktop tool was keeping timers on for every activity carried by the user, summing up all the time and creating a suggestion with the total.
By activating the Activity timeout functionality, the desktop tool will stop the timer after the 'timeout' time and will create a suggested entry on the user's timesheet, if later on the same day the user starts doing the same activity again, it will start a new timer and it will create a new suggestion.
