The TIQ Time mobile app does NOT capture phone calls, or any other activity carried on your mobile device simply because Apple and Android don't allow it. The only 'mobile activity' that TIQ Time tracks are the actions carried when logged in on your cloud work tools such as Outlook, Teams, Office, etc. the same way that it would happen if you would be working on your computer.
The TIQ Time mobile app allows you to have access to your timesheet from your mobile device, the suggested and confirmed entries available there are exactly the same than the ones in the web desktop version. Any confirmation or edit done on an entry on the mobile app will be instantly reflected on the web version and viceversa.
*The are a few law firms that happen to have an integration in between their Telecom provider and TIQ, only for those companies and for only for those users who explicitly gave their permission, the Telecom provider sends a call list and TIQ will suggest entries based on the duration and caller/receiver of their calls. The actual conversation is never stored, and the suggestions still have to be approved by the users before being visible.
