If you are an Account Admin and you would like to add new users to your account, there are two possible scenarios:
- A) Your company uses Single Sign On (SSO) to access TIQ Time: In this case, you add manage the users by yourself with the Active Directory. Your IT Team will be advised on how to create new profiles within the implementation period.
- B) Your company uses credentials (user + password): You will have to send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org to create, edit or delete users in your TIQ account.
