Can I receive suggested entries from more than one email address?
The answer is Yes. We have realized that many users have more than one email address for work and that they need to include the time that they spend in all those different email accounts in their timesheet.
We have an account-based configuration that makes TIQ include the emails from all the email addresses if the fee-earner uses the multiple account feature in outlook. See the example below:
If that is the case, reach out to support@tiqtime.com to receive instructions to adjust the registry property that's allow TIQ to send suggested entries more than one account.
However, if they handle each email address from a different platform, for example one email address with the desktop app and the other with the browser, it is not possible to trace both accounts.
