Good news! There is nothing you have to do or request to add a Matter in TIQ.
TIQ synchronizes with your PMS (Practice Management System), whichever it is. So just make sure that the matter was successfully created following the usual procedures of your company, and that matter will become available in TIQ within a few minutes.
In the same way, when a Matter is removed from your PMS, the Matter will also be archived from TIQ within a few minutes in the next TIQ-PMS sync. Archived Matters will no longer be available for users. But don't worry, all the confirmed entries assigned to that matter will remain linked to it and visible for reporting purposes.
