Which data uses TIQ to create the entry suggestions?

Which data TIQ uses?

When tracking your activity, TIQ only uses the data that is strictly necessary to create suggested entries:

• Type of Activity (Word, Excel, Email, etc.)
• Duration
• Subject
• Participants

Is this data being stored in TIQ? For how long?

TIQ only stores the data enough to create suggested and confirmed entries. We store the suggested and confirmed entries data for 12 months unless your company requests TIQ to do it for a different amount of time. After that time, the data is discarded.
