How are Matters and Activities Drop-downs Populated With Favourite Options?

When you select Matter/Project field in the time entry form you can see that there are few options shown in blue font at the top of the drop-downs:

These options are considered to be Favourite. 

There are two settings that a company can choose from for the logic of populating ‘Favourite Matters’  in corresponding drop-down:

1. 1. Most often used: if this config is enabled, the dropdown will show the matters that are being used most frequently, at the top. 
   2. Most recently used: with this config enabled, the dropdown will show the matters that have been used lately, at the top. 

For both options you can also limit the number of favourite matters shown in the dropdown. The default value is 5 matters and can be changed to as many as your organisation proves helpful.

Activity dropdown logic can also be configured to show favourite activities first in blue based on number of usage.
