If I you are having trouble to connect to your Timesheet, we have a status page available so you can check if any of the TIQ Time services is down:

If that is not the case, and you made sure that your device or your internet connection are working fine, you can always reach out our support team at support@tiqtime.com or your local administrator.
You can also subscribe to our status page to be notified on your email about any downtime and about planned maintenances.
